Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy – DELIBYTE

At DELIBYTE, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


📦 Parcel Opening Video (Mandatory)

Customers must record a clear parcel opening video at the time of delivery.

  • The video must be unedited and continuous.

  • It is required to verify damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

  • Without a proper parcel opening video, returns or refunds will not be accepted for such claims.


❌ Order Cancellation by DELIBYTE

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing or product information errors

  • Payment verification issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.


❌ Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • If cancelled before processing, refund will be issued (excluding payment gateway or transaction charges, if applicable).


💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

Actual reflection time depends on your bank.


🔁 Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, only if:

  • Product is unused, unwashed, unopened, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, invoice, and tags are intact

  • Parcel opening video is provided (for damaged or wrong items)


✅ Eligible for Return

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Wrong product delivered


❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, washed, altered, or tampered items

  • Items damaged due to customer use

  • Missing tags or original packaging


🔄 Return Process

  1. Raise a return request within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Reverse pickup may take 3–6 business days.

  3. In some locations, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.

If self-shipped:

  • Courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹120 upon submission of receipt.


⏳ Refund Timeline After Return

  • Refund will be initiated only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

  • Total return and refund process may take 6–8 business days.


🚫 Multiple Returns & Abuse Prevention

To prevent misuse:

  • Accounts with high return/refusal rates may have COD disabled.

  • A return shipping fee of ₹99 may be applied in such cases.


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered only if the replacement product is available.

  • If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.


📦 Lost or Damaged During Return Shipping

If the customer self-ships the product:

  • Responsibility lies with the customer until it reaches our warehouse.

  • We recommend using reputed and trackable courier services.


📩 Cancellation Confirmation

Cancellation requests must be sent via email or official helpline.
Confirmation will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
